THE MIKKELSEN EXPEDITION.News of Its Safety.The American Geographical Society, says the New York correspondent of the "Tribune," has received a telegram stating that the Mikkelsen Arctic expedition is safe. The message, which was sent from Eagle City on the Upper Yukon by Mr. Vilhjalmur Stefanson (sic), ethnologist at Harvard University, announces no discoveries. |
